Pair of antique French or English, very large brass lanterns. Although we purchased this pair of antique brass lanterns in France, there is a part of us, that thinks they could have originated in England? What we find most unusual about this pair of antique lanterns, other than their very large size, is that they are brass and 90% of the antique lanterns we purchase, are either copper or painted metal of some sort. The pair of antique lanterns, have been thoroughly restored for the American market, including the installation of French wavy glass. We do have a third lantern available, should you require an additional antique lantern.
Measurements provided are for the lantern alone. The chain is 28″ long and the canopy is 3″ high with a 5.5″ diameter.
