This folk terracotta sculpture is depicting a English soldier in uniform – The jointed arms are attached by screws in the shoulder area. It has chips or wear in areas see pictures for close up wear. This is a later 20th c copy of an early 19thc whirleygig of which is carved out of wood and on exhibit in NYC @ The Folk Art Museum.
