ARIOSTO :
Our K-OVERs, are alternatives to the champagne bucket and the more common glacette. The precious metal that holds the bottle is coated internally with a thermal fabric that maintains the temperature of your champagne for about 2 hours. The works are entirely handmade by master goldsmiths. The working techniques used are chiseling, engraving, and embossing. This K-Over is part of the “Works of Art” collection. the design depicts St. George fighting the dragon, in the Middle Ages this is the struggle of good against evil in which the dragon is the embodiment of paganism. The artist works and carves a metal cylinder from the inside making using a Renaissance technique called “of the hunt out.” Needless to say, this process is very difficult and requires a lot of time and especially uncommon skill. All this makes our champagne K-overs the ideal gift to give to those who already own everything; by offering your closest friends or relatives a K-over you will make a valuable and lasting gift.
