Large Pair of 19th Century Italian Carved Giltwood Armchairs

Pair of 19th Century Carved Giltwood Italian Armchairs of generous proportions. Each armchair is raised by cabriole legs, the front legs having rollers. Each chair features beautiful hand carved scrolling accented with acanthus leaves, the back rest is adorned with centered gilt medallion head figurines. Chairs are upholstered in a pastel blue fabric. The armchairs, which can be placed together or individually, are very decorative both in entrance hall or in any living or bedroom.
