This chest of drawers, made in Paris, offers a belt drawer, simulating three fronts in burr mahogany, each of which is highlighted by a double inlaid brass fillet.
This drawer is equipped with bronze handles with falling garlands as well as an authentic lock accompanied by its entrance and key.
Below, this chest of drawers also opens with two drawers with hidden crossbars with central lock with simultaneous locking and drop crown handles also in bronze.
The interior of their facades, in burr mahogany with a wire mahogany frame, are embellished with an oval surrounded by a quarter round in brass and rectangles, with concave edges, with perfect symmetry and uninterrupted inlays. .
The raised and chamfered uprights are also inlaid with fillets and decorated with patterns and bronze half-collars.
They end with covered feet with brass inlays and sabots.
The sides worked in the same spirit are, each of them, darkened with a small and a large panel in burr mahogany with a wire mahogany frame.
The top is topped with a marble, Belgian small mix granite, grooved.
The frame of the furniture and the interiors of the drawers are in oak.
