Antique Fitted French Tack Cabinet from a vineyard in the South of France near the town of Bezier, circa 1880-1900. The sliding doors still have their handmade French wavy glass, and we have gone through an exhaustive sympathetic restoration, while being careful not to disturb the original patination. In over 50 years of antiquing, I have never seen a Cabinet this interesting, let alone a tack Cabinet, with its steel hooks and horse gear still inside. No problem installing shelves from old French reclaimed wood to match, should you desire a Bookcase, or the ultimate Display Cabinet? Doesn’t get much better than this.
