Early 19th century high country original red painted chest of drawers from Bridgton, Maine. The construction is the very best with dovetailed drawers and shamford backing. The brass pulls and hardware are all original. Take notice to the Sheraton tall turned legs. The splash back is also all original. This chest would work in so many different types of decor. From country to fancy formal. It is signed by the maker L. Sprat, Bridgton, Maine. This is a great find for the serious collector of New England furniture.
